Having attended Mars Hill, I agree with him. There is a different dynamic in that church that I haven’t really seen anywhere else. He lets some of the younger pastors own their campuses, own the worship, and though he may not agree, he lets them do what they feel lead to do.
I agree with letting them get their experience and put their stamp on the church, and with that, as Mark said, innovation abounds.
